New Orleans chef, author, and Food Network personality Toya Boudy comes to Savannah for an intimate evening celebrating her newest cookbook, Cooking From Scratch. Part author conversation, part live cooking demo, this is a night of honest storytelling, deep flavor, and the kind of warmth that only comes from a pot of gumbo.

Toya will be joined in conversation by Gina Capers-Willis, Savannah's own Gullah Geechee chef and culinary storyteller. Together they'll trace the threads connecting two of the South's most distinctive food traditions — and explore what it means to cook from memory, culture, and scratch.
