We’re cooking from Lidia's The Art of Pasta by Lidia Matticchio Bastianich—a book that breaks pasta down into what matters: technique, tradition, and how to make it work in your own kitchen.

Last month, nearly everyone came in unfamiliar with the cuisine—and left talking about it, connected through it. That’s what this format does. And this time, we’re leaning into something more accessible, more familiar—and worth doing well.

  • Make it at home (from scratch if you want to build skill, or use high-quality dried pasta)
  • Bring a shareable portion
